That is why billing is tied to the jobs we book, not to how many calls come in. A full answer-everything mode is in development as an add-on.
A booked job is a confirmed appointment placed on your calendar. You are billed $89 for it. Appointments cancelled by the customer within 24 hours are not billed. After six booked jobs on Solo, ten on Shop or sixteen on Fleet in the same month, every further booking that month is billed at $49 instead of $89.
Your plan is set by how many trucks you run. If your call volume runs above your plan's range for two months in a row we move you up, with a month's notice first. If it runs well below for two months we move you down automatically, no notice needed, because it saves you money. In your first 90 days we adjust immediately either way.
No contract, no term. Every plan is month to month, and you can cancel any time.
Call transcripts and booking details are yours. You can request a copy or ask us to delete them at any time through our data access page, and we handle everything in line with PIPEDA and CASL.
Then we will tell you not to buy it. The guarantee is real, so we only take on shops with enough missed call volume for this to pay for itself. We check that on the discovery call before anyone signs anything.
